For the possible future uses of the former basement spaces (heating plant, coal cellar, laundry) beneath the second court of this Wilhelminian industrial building is based on minimal interventions within the existing fabric on the one hand and on the other the installation of a variety of access routes.
The unusually tall central space − 8,5 m is ideally suited for the display of works of art, for events, video installations, etc.
